The Beginning
12th November 2024, we hosted our very first fusion dance class. Set to the song: Feel You by Ezu, the choreography brought together Afro, Commercial and Bollywood all in one short routine. For some attendees, it was their first dance class, and it was amazing to see them embrace the challenge with an open mind.
Why Fusion
Head Choreographer, Priya Maurya, set out with a mission to push creative boundaries, this starts with her style of creating fusion choreography. Contemporary and Classical Bollywood both share a dramatic flair, it’s all about expression over here. Afro dance has an infectious energy, you have to feel the music in your soul. Commercial follows a sleek and clean style, guiding you how to dance with control in movement. Classes are all encompassing, as a beginner or even as a professional dancer – you’re always learning new techniques and growing.
